Hi everbody,

I have run an annual  glare simulation to a critical point in a room.

Daysim report shows glare occurence during 12,1% of occupied hours in that point.

I would like to know if the glare that this report refers is about intolarable glare or any kind of glare (perceptible glare, disturbing glare and intolarable glare).

It seems to me that report refers only to intolerable  and disturbing glare, analizing proportion of the area on the graph (red area and orange area).

If we compare the areas in the graph with all kind of glare (perceptible glare, disturbing glare and intolerable glare) I think the report should show a value around 26%

Does anyone have dealt with this situation?

Any help would be apprecciated.

Best, Daniela

Hi. What is the occupancy schedule?

I take your DGP file and process it with mi magic excel file and give me this (for a time range between 8:00 and 18:00):

http://prntscr.com/ju38z3

and this, if the occupancy schedule is between 8.00 and 17.00:
