My Diva toolbar is not loading automatically in rhino when I open it.  I am having to drag the .rui file into rhino every time I open it.  Is there something I need to do to lock it in?

I have rhino

Version 5 SR12 64-bit
(5.12.50810.13095, 8/10/2015)

and I'm pulling the .rui file from my 64bitPluginFiles folder.

Thanks!

Hi Sandy,

Hmm -- this might mean you are running Rhino with some kind of limited permissions. If you open Rhino as an administrator (right-click > Run as administrator) and setup the toolbar, does it stick?

I opened rhino as administrator and couldn't bring up the toolbar at all.  Checked Rhino & I have the most current version. And just ran Diva update today so I should have the latest of both but still having the issue.

Anything else I should check?

Thanks!

Sandy

Hi Sandy,

I'm at a bit of a loss. McNeel recommends to try saving your RUI file as another filename from the Rhino interface. (The problem you are experiencing is not exactly the same, but could be related.)

You may also wish to run a search on your computer and delete any other DIVA.RUI files sitting around.
