Dear forum users,

When running a LEED compliant study, areas over 500fc will not comply to the thresholds required by LEED IEQ 8.1, so therefore excluded from the compliant area with illumination levels between 10 to 500fc.

To mitigate the glaring issues, interior blinds will be required. How to you take them into account in the simulation?

Do they have to be modeled? They won't be always open or close though, so how do you decide their slat angle? Is there an option for dynamic shading integration in the LEED calculation (point at time illuminance)?

Thank you all

Olivier.
