Hi Niloufar, I have a question for you regarding this earlier discussion on the forum: http://diva4rhino.com/forum/topics/illuminance-luminance-ratio?commentId=6465059%3AComment%3A25057

- I didn't get how to use the plane to calculate the illuminance, was it a horizontal surface or a vertical one placed offset from the wall?

-another question, how was the illuminance values measured in the real-case-study?? by this question I mean was the lux/photo-meter placed vertical or horizontal? using a grid?

-Finally what was the relation between the luminance and illuminance values measured or calculated ( for the same surface?? for the whole image??)

Thanks!

Dalia.
